Comme d'habitude, excusez l'allure de la croûte, je n'ai aucun talent pour ça. Je voulais essayer cette recette de pâte à tarte vegane à l'huile, mais j'ai finalement opté pour un mélange tout-fait. Et comme d'habitude, je suis incapable de rouler la pâte ou de la manipuler sans la briser...
Mais bon, je suis sûre qu'on va se régaler quand même. Pour la garniture, je me suis inspiré de la recette de Dédé, et j'ai rajouté une goutte de vanille et quelques gouttes de jus de citron. 
Recette de tarte aux bleuets- 2 croutes à tarte double non cuites
- 5 1/2 tasses de bleuets frais
- 3/4 tasse sucre
- 2 c à soupe de farine et/ou cornstach
- quelques gouttes de jus de citron
- une goutte de vanille
Préparer la croûte, rouler et déposer dans deux assiettes de 9 pouces. Mélanger doucement les ingrédients de la garniture. Séparer et déposer le mélange sur les crutes dans les deux assiettes. Couvrir chaque tarte d'une nouvele croute pour refermer la tarte. Cuire au four à 400 pendant 50 à 60 minutes.
